Brief Description of Site Conditions | Project Overview: 1. This project involves the construction of a power station by the Li Group in an industrial park in Nigeria. The total building area is 4,928 m². The main building is a single-story steel structure; the auxiliary building is a single-story steel frame structure; and the electrical control and power distribution building is a two-story frame structure. Wall and roof panels consist of 75mm rock wool sandwich panels. Eave height is 11.9m; ridge height is 13.1m. 2. Main on-site construction scope includes: installation of the main steel framework; installation of stairs, platforms, and railings; installation of cladding panels and door/window assemblies; and touch-up application of fire-retardant coatings. Site Conditions: 1. On-site construction: ① Hoisting and installation of steel columns along axes B-C; 27 columns completed (including verticality adjustment). ② Installation of 4 platform beams. 2. Machinery usage: Crane used for 1 shift. 3. Work suspended due to rain in the morning; hoisting operations conducted in the afternoon. 4. Plan for next week: Complete installation of platform beams along axes B-C. Complete installation of steel columns along axis F. Install roof beams along axes C-F. | ||
