The pier is approximately 290 m long and 27.0 m wide, with a column grid of 10.0 m × 9.0 m. The central connecting building is approximately 80.0 m long and 20 m wide, with a column grid of 10.0 m × 10.0 m.

The roofing utilizes a lightweight, insulated metal roofing system, and the horizontal projected area of ​​the steel roof structure is approximately 22,648 square meters.
