On the early morning of June 4, 2025, with 15 minutes left before the shift handover of the seamless steel pipe production line, the outside of the Shandong Zhongyue Steel Group Co.,Ltd production workshop was already crowded with people. A brief but significant pre-shift quality meeting was held here. The workshop team leaders, technical backbones, front-line operators and others were all present. At the beginning of the meeting, the team leader got straight to the point and analyzed the problems one by one. Yesterday, at 3 p.m., the wall thickness deviation of the steel pipes produced by production Line No. 50 exceeded the standard, which seriously affected the performance and pass rate of the products. The team leader pointed out seriously, "Everyone must operate strictly in accordance with the process standards. Before starting work, carefully check the equipment parameters to prevent such problems from the source." Subsequently, the technical backbone restated the process specifications, elaborating on each key step in detail, from the control of the heating temperature of the tube billet, the adjustment of the rolling speed, to the time management of the cooling process, to ensure that every employee could keep them in mind.

At the end of the meeting, the team leader scanned the entire venue with a determined look and emphasized, "Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.
